Why I blog
What started as a hobby and a means to an end, (I once read that if you want to be a food writer, first start a blog), has now become my main preoccupation. Desperately trying to sound witty and smart like Anthony Bourdain or Nigel Slater, I manage to dribble out a mediocre musing at best with the odd recipe thrown in for good measure.
